Japan sniffer dogs fail to weed-out bag

Security guards at Tokyo airport have admitted that they lost a large bag of cannabis when a sniffer-dog training exercise went wrong.
One hundred and 40 grams of the drug was planted in an unknown passenger's bag.
But the dogs did not pick up the scent, and the guards forgot whose bag they put the drugs in.
Tokyo airport staff have asked anyone who finds the package to please return it.
