Jury unable to reach verdict on Australian spying case

An Australian court jury has failed to reach a verdict in the case of two men charged with leaking classified documents from Australia's domestic spy agency ASIO to the media.
Former ASIO officer James Paul Seivers and his former housemate Francis Matthew O'Ryan are accused of leaking documents to the Australian newspaper that show Australian authorities were aware of terrorism threats in Indonesia before the 2002 Bali bombing
The members of the Australian Capital Territory supreme jury deliberated for over 13 hours, but have now told the court they couldn't reach a unanamous verdict.
The Director of Public Prosecutions is considering whether to apply for a retrial.
