Anti corruption agents raid Indonesian customs post
Updated
Indonesian anti-corruption officers say they have discovered thousands of dollars in bribe money at a customs and excise office in Jakarta in a midnight raid.
The cash was in envelopes attached to import documents at the North Jakarta Tanjung Priok port customs office.
The Corruption Eradication Commission alleges importers gave the cash bribes to officials so their documents could be processed without any problems.
20 customs officers were taken in for questioning during the raid, including a man who attempted to hide the illegal cash.
