Helicopter crash in Afghanistan kills two US coalition soldiers

In southern Afghanistan, two soldiers with the US led coalition force have been killed in a helicopter crash.

The cause of the crash near the southern city of Kandahar is being investigated.

The US led coalition says there are no reports that the chopper was brought down by hostile activity.

The helicopter had been on a routine maintenance mission when it crashed.

The coalition did not give the nationalities of the soldiers who were killed.

The force numbers about 20 thousand soldiers, most of them are from the United States.
