Taiwan recalls it representative in Japan

Taiwan has recalled its foreign ministry representative in Japan over Tokyo's handling of a ship collision in disputed waters.
Japan had outraged Taiwan by detaining the captain of a Taiwanese fishing boat that hit a Japanese coastguard ship on Tuesday.
The incident took place near a group of small disputed islands about 2,000 km southwest of Tokyo.
The captain was released on Friday but was named in a Japanese investigation as one of those suspected of being responsible for the collision.
Taiwan's foreign ministry says it cannot accept any of the content of Japan's investigation report.
