Vietnam grants brewery licence to US brewery

Vietnam has granted the US Gannon Group a licence to build and operate a brewing facility near Ho Chi Minh City.
The 90 million dollar facility will manufacture and produce beer and other aerated drinks for distribution in Vietnam and Southeast Asia.
Gannon also plans to invest an additional 2.1 million dollars in its existing processing plant in Dong Nai province to better service the needs of customers including Nestle, Pepsi and Unilever.
Besides beverage production, Gannon Vietnam Limited has other operations including labelling, packaging, warehousing, logistics, industrial leasing and infrastructure development.
