Zimbabwe's president sends warning to opposition
Updated
As Zimbabwe's political foes continue to negotiate a power sharing agreement, President Robert Mugabe has warned the opposition not to be used by the country's enemies.
Africa Correspondent Andrew Geoghegan reports power sharing talks have resumed in Harare with no sign of a breakthrough agreement.
Members of the opposition Movement for Democratic Change have told the ABC that new obstacles have emerged in negotiations.
A key problem to be solved is just how much power Robert Mugabe's ruling party will cede to the MDC.
President Mugabe has used a commemoration for those who died in Zimbabwe's war of liberation to send a message to the opposition.
He warned them that the country is not for sale, a swipe at MDC leader Morgan Tsvangirai, who in the past Mr Mugabe described as a stooge of western governments.
