Police say the man, identified as Sigumari Kurusai, was a suspected drug trafficker.
"Customs officials seized about 84 grams of marijuana packed in plastic bags that were wrapped inside two black T-shirts in his luggage and another two grams in his belly bag," police spokesman Antonius Samuel Reniban says.
He was arrested on August 5 at Ngurah Rai airport and had confessed to buying the drugs in Thailand.
