Suicide bomber kills civilians at Afghan military base

A suicide bomber has killed nine Afghan civilians after ramming his car into a foreign military base in the country's southeast province of Khost.
At least 13 people were injured.
Khost's governor says police shot dead two other suicide bombers before they could launch another attack.
