After weeks of political deadlock, Nepal's politicians have agreed on the makeup of the nation's first post-royal government, with Maoist leader, Prachanda, set to become prime minister.
The ultra-leftists made an alliance with two other political parties and together the three parties have agreed on the distribution of cabinet posts.
The Maoists, who waged a decade-long insurgency, emerged as Nepal's most potent political force after a convincing win in landmark elections in April.
