ASEAN nations have reach a deal for free trade in goods with India, the bloc's seventh-largest trading partner.

The ministers for trade and industry from Singapore and India announced the deal during ASEAN meetings in Singapore.

They say senior officials agreed on the pact earlier this month.

It's to be signed at the ASEAN summit in Bangkok in December.
