Tamil Tigers suspected in Sri Lankan bomb

A bomb has exploded in the Sri Lankan capital Colombo, wounding at least 40 people.

Police say a package left near a fruit vendor exploded near the city's main bus station.

Police and hospital sources says 43 people have been treated following the blast.

There was no immediate claim of responsibility for the attack, but police and military officials say they suspected Tamil Tiger rebels.
