Guam looks to Northern Marianas for construction workers

Guam-based contractors are looking to the Northern Marianas to hire some of the thousands of construction workers they'll need within the next two years.
The Saipan Tribune reports the Guam Contractors Association this month will hold a job fair on Saipan to interview potential workers.
Guam is in the early stages of what will be a $US15 billion construction boom over the next 12 years, fueled by the US military buildup on the island.
The Guam Contractors Association says demand for workers will increase quickly over the next couple of years.
