Australia gives money to flood-affected Indian communities

Australia is giving $US800,000 to help the flood-affected communities in India.
More than 2.5 million people have been affected by the floods in north-east India.
The Australian foreign minister Stephen Smith says the Government will give half of the money for emergency food aid and the other half to the United Nations Children's Fund for medical relief, water and sanitation and child protection.
