Cricket Australia accused of double standards

Pakistan cricket officials have accused their Australian counterparts of double standards over their decision to tour India.

Cricket Australia has deemed it safe for Australia's test squad to travel to India on Sunday, despite a series of deadly bomb blasts in New Delhi last weekend.

Australia has not toured Pakistan in 10 years because of security concerns, and played a leading role in this month's Champions Trophy being postponed.

The Pakistan Cricket Board Chief Operating Officer Shafqat Naghmi has questioned the motives behind Australia's decision.

"There are other concerns besides safety and security, there are other attractions and reasons for which they would not have cancelled this tour, even if in my opinion there was a direct threat to that tour," he said.
