Small explosion hits Burma's capital
Updated
At least three people have suffered minor injuries after a small explosion outside Rangoon's City Hall in military-ruled Burma.
The blast hit in the morning at a park in the downtown area, the latest in a series of explosions that have hit the country this month.
On September the 11th, two people were killed and another 10 wounded by two bomb blasts at a cafe northeast of Rangoon.
Burma's junta has, in the past, blamed similar blasts on armed exile groups or ethnic rebels who have been battling the military rulers for decades.
