Bowen plans for January return

The North Queensland Cowboys injured fullback, Matt Bowen says he's planing his return for trial matches next year.
Bowen has not played since injuring his knee in round eight.
He had surgery, and hopes to be fit by January.
"I'm pretty happy I can do that, you know I think I can get back to you know not close to my best but get the knee right and the quad right, so just cant wait to do that and hopefully you know be at that stage," Bowen said.
