Fiji weather office is baffled by death toll

As Fiji begins the clean-up and recovery effort of the worst floods in the past 40 years, the total cost of the disaster is being assessed. It's estimated the damage and clean-up bill will run into the hundreds of millions of dollars. But another cost is the reputation of Fiji as a holiday destination, with many of the tourists who were stuck in the country being less than complimentary.
