Australian of Pacific Island descent wins Australia's top honour

Faith Bandler, the daughter of a man brought forcibly to Australia from Ambrym in Vanuatu during the notorious blackbirding era, is one of three people awarded Australia's highest honour in today's Australia Day Honours.
