Updated
As governments in developed nations announce big spending plans to combat the global economic downturn, one South Pacific country is examing its own stimulus package. The Samoan government is looking at launching a plan to keep economic activity going in the face of reduced exports and an expected downturn in remittances from Samoans living overseas.
