For the third time in 12 months, the Fiji Times newspaper has appointed a new publisher. Anne Fussell has spent many years as a journalist and manager working for News Limited, the parent company of the Fiji Times. Her predecessors Rex Gardner and Evan Hannah were deported by the interim government for allegedly breaching visa conditions. The military led government has also deported New Zealand High Commissioners' Michael Green and Caroline McDonald. Ms Fussell started two weeks ago. She says she's not intimidated by the situation in Fiji and it's business as usual.
