Fiji's Government prepares to appoint new judiciary

Fiji's military Government is waiting for the President to sign a new judicial services decree which will allow the interim Government to hire or re-hire judges and magistrates to officiate in its courts. Fiji's Courts have been closed since the entire judiciary was sacked last week, along with the abolition of the constitution.
