Vanuatu's Prime Minister Edward Natapei is concerned that any instability in Fiji could spill into the region, describing the political developments in Fiji over the past week as "unfortunate", but hopes the international community doesn't cut the country off. Mr Natapei is also chair of the regional trade body, the Melanesian Spearhead Group, or MSG, which includes Vanuatu, Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands and Fiji.
