PNG Prime Minister defends criticism over use of AusAid money

A row is erupting between the Australian and Papuan New Guinean governments over the spending of Australian aid money. The Australian Prime Minister, Kevin Rudd, says historially too much AusAid money has been going to consultants and not being spent on essential services. But Papua New Guinea Prime Minister Sir Michael Somare says that's not true.
