A Sydney-based Fijian lobby group is targeting the member nations of the Pacific Islands' Forum, as well as China and India, to try and force an early return to democracy on the island nation. Next week, the 'Fiji Democracy and Freedom Movement' will stage a series of protests in Australia's capital, Canberra. It will protest outside the foreign missions of China, India and South Korea to highlight the support being given to Fiji's military-backed interim government.

But as Pacific correspondent Campbell Cooney reports, the movement is also targeting Forum member nations, which it believes are trying to avoid their responsibilities.
