Samoa NGOs say govt neglects their climate fears

Environment lobbyists in Samoa have come out strongly against their government's disregard for dialogue with non-government organisations on climate change. Their opinions are being put forth this week at the Climate Change Summit organised by the government in the Samoan capital, Apia.
