PNG climate watchdog pushes personal carbon tax on staff

Papua New Guinea's Office of Climate Change and Environment Sustainability says it's setting an example for the country - and the world - by proposing a personal workplace carbon emission fee. Directors and staff were asked in April to contribute to a scheme which would see some of their salary go towards climate change adaptation projects in the country. But some aren't sure it's very fair.
