Australia targets Guam military, families for nip-tuck

For some time now, many Westerners have opted to combine cheaper surgery overseas with a holiday in places such as Thailand and to a lesser extent, Singapore. Now, it seems that far North Queensland, and specifically the city of Cairns, is anxious to grab a share of the lucrative industry by targeting military servicemen and their families in Guam.
