Former NZ PM breezy in New York interview
Updated
Former Prime Minister of New Zealand, Helen Clark, now holds a very senior position with the United Nations in New York. As the administrator of the UN's development program, it's her job to work out ways to help the world's poorest and most vulnerable people.
But away from that very real responsibility, Ms Clark found time to give a very entertaining interview with a New Zealand breakfast TV program. On air she didn't duck the tough questions on the world's trouble spots, but she did have to fend off one of New York's less friendly residents.
Presenter: Kerri Ritchie, New Zealand correspondent
Speaker: Helen Clark, former New Zealand Prime Minister and now the head of the UN's development program; Paul Henry, presenter of TVNZ's Breakfast Show
