Palau president calls for small state unity at Pacific Forum

The threat posed by climate change to the smaller Pacific states will be high on the agenda when the leaders of the region sit down for next week's Pacific Islands Forum being held in Australia. Increased extreme weather conditions, with surging tides and more varied climatic conditions are prompting the leaders to hasten action.
