The former Papua New Guinea Works and Transport Minister, Don Polye has decided to drop his court challenge against his election disqualification - and to contest in the by-election instead. The National Court has rerecently ruled that Mr Polye's election in 2007 as M-P for Kandep in the Enga Province was null and void.
