Cook Islands Democratic Party expels Wilkie Rassmussen

Cook Islands former vice president Wilkie Rassmussen was suspended this week by the ruling Democratic Party. He has not ruled out forming a new political party in Cook Islands. Meantime, the government is also considering a bill that would regulate media activities.
