No capacity in PNG to manage two gas projects

The Papua New Guinea government says it does not have the capacity to manage two Liquefied Natural Gas projects in the country at the same time. PNG's Petroleum and Energy Minister, William Duma, says the government does not have the finance to fund its equity in two hydro-carbon projects.
