Guam monitoring dangerous weather system

The Guam Office of Homeland Security has warned of a formation of a tropical disturbance north of Phonpei, with authorities closely monitoring the system which is expected to continue to intensify into a Tropical Depression during the next 12 to 24 hours.

And support for the Guam World War II Loyalty Recognition Act continues, passing through the Senate with strong support.
