Oxfam Australia ready to help with Samoan Disaster relief

International aid agency Oxfam says it is ready to respond to the tsunami disaster in Samoa if help is needed. Acting Executive Director of Oxfam Australia, Chris Roche, spoke with Kate McPherson about how aid agencies on the ground can respond.
