PNG woman an inspirational award winner

A Papua New Guinea women who says she was no good at school has won the overall Westpac Women in Business Award for 2009. As well as being voted the overall winner, Betty Higgins won the award for best entrepeneur. The bank also holds award competitions in Tonga and Fiji.

Ms Higgins says she intends to use part of the prize to help other women in PNG succeed in business.
