Emotional plea for upgrade of PNG maternity ward

The state of Papua New Guinea's health service has prompted an emotional response from an Australian Senator concerned about the high maternal mortality rate. Liberal Party Senator Marise Payne has described the state of maternal health in PNG an international disgrace during an Senate Estimates hearing.
