Guam concerned by rates of alcohol and drug use

Guam's youth are more likely to smoke or binge drink than their counterparts on the U-S mainland, and even in other American territorities. But medical professionals say they're also concerned that an increasing number are turning to drugs like metaphetamine and marijuana. They're joining community groups and government aid agencies in using Red Ribbon Week to highlight the issue and call for action.
