New Caledonia prison break sparks fresh concerns

New Caledonia's only prison has broken its own record with the escape of a 19-year old inmate last weekend. Kevin Namuli who's sentenced for violent robbery, become the 14th detainee to escape this year. He used a screwdriver to scrape a hole through the wall of his cell. The incident has drawn attention back to the delapidated state of the prison, and renewed calls from over-stretched prison officers to step up security.
