Wanted criminal killed by family members in PNG highlands

A wanted criminal has been killed by his own family in Papua New Guinea. Police say that the man who was shot in the Southern Highlands had been invovled in various crimes. Southern Highlands provincial police commander, Jimmy Onopia says there's a change of culture in the highlands region, where criminals are no longer hiden by their families.
