Updated November 5, 2009 09:51:34

Australia says it's not tit-for-tat, but yesterday Canberra and Wellington ordered the expulsion of Fiji's High Commissioners to their capitals. The actions were in retaliation for Suva's decision to declare the Australian and New Zealand High Commissioners persona non grata.
