Regional environment group overseeing Samoa rebuild material

The newly appointed Director of the Secretariat of the Pacific Regional Environment Programme, David Sheppard, joins Pacific Beat for our regular weekly hook up with the regional organisation.

Mr Sheppard gives an update on what SPREP has been doing to assist with post tsunami efforts there in Samoa, and their input into the sustainability of materials used to rebuild damaged buildings.
