PNG opposition calls for more scrutiny of government spending

Papua New Guinea's Deputy Opposition Leader is calling for more scrutiny of how and where the Somare government is spending money. Bart Philemon was treasurer under the Somare Government but left the party in 2007 to form the New Generation Party. He says there has been no action on behalf of the government to monitor where money is going.
