Confirmation any Copenhagen climate pact non-binding

The Danish Prime Minister, Lars Rasmussen, has confirmed there will be no legally-binding climate pact signed by world leaders in Copenhagen next month. The Copenhagen summit now hopes to achieve a political deal in which nations agree to "embrace" emissions reductions - conditional upon other nations adopting and meeting their own targets.
