PNG's troubled Kandep by-election count delayed

Papua New Guinea's Electoral Commission has delayed the counting of votes for the seat of Kandep in the PNG highlands due to security concerns. The Commission has moved the vote counting to Goroko because trouble brewing in Kandep potentially put at risk the safety of ballot boxes, counting and election officials. But Members of Parliament from the Eastern Highlands says they do not want counting to be held in Goroka.
