Literacy as a peacekeeping device in Solomons prisons

Traditionally, peacekeepers work in theatres of war and in areas of armed conflict, but Ollie Pokana now happens to be teaching literacy in Solomon Islands prisons. Ms Pokana has been working for the Anglican Board of Mission and has just returned to Australia.
She explains how literacy is a way to keep the peace.
