PNG Kandep re-poll amidst high security.

Papua New Guinea's Electoral Commissioner has ordered that polling be carried out again in three areas in the Kandep Constituency in Enga Province. This followed last week's controversial by-election for the Kandep seat where voters had missed out on casting their votes because of violence. Polling officials and security personnel withdrew after supporters of rival candidates clashed with each other.
