Scientists unlock malaria tactics when invading humans

Malaria is still a major problem for many Pacific countries, particularly Vanuatu, Solomon Islands and Papua New Guinea. The mosquito borne disease is preventable, but if left untreated it can also be fatal.
Now a group of Australian scientists has discovered how the malaria parasite invades human cells and opened the possibility of a new range of anti-malarial drugs.
