Cook Islands takes part in Paris Declaration aid review

This week sees the latest evaluation of the Paris Declaration on aid effectiveness to 23 territories.

Originally commissioned in 1995, it was the beginning of concerted effort by the international community on how effective aid funding was being used throughout the region.

This time around, the Cook Islands government has signed up to be part of the evaluation.

Our regular contributor in Cook Islands, Ulamila Kurai Wragg, has a look at the main points in this 2010 review.
