Extra volcanic activity in Vanuatu being monitored

The Vanuatu government is sending monitoring teams to some of the country's active volcanoes to monitor an apparent increase in their activity. Officials say they've seen higher than average amounts of lava and gas escaping from volcanoes on the islands of Ambae, Ambryn, Tanna and Vanua Lava.
